Process Engineer

2. College degree or above, major in mechanical manufacturing or mechatronics integration is preferred, with 3 years or more of process experience;

Job responsibilities:
1. Production technical support: Participate in the process evaluation of automatic line equipment for new projects and batch production, evaluate technical solutions for wiring, provide technical support and solutions for production processes and difficult problems, and provide technical guidance for new technologies and processes;
2. Process optimization work: responsible for formulating work hour quotas and inspecting and assessing processes, production hours, and process discipline, optimizing and improving the current manufacturing process and processes;
3. Production improvement project: Plan or assist in improvement activities, follow up on their implementation, promote the improvement of product quality and production efficiency, such as improving equipment turnover rate, action improvement, process improvement, and tooling improvement. Assist in resolving production process issues on the production line;
4. Process assumptions and process validation: Process assumptions and process validation testing for mass production on automated lines;
5. Establishment and maintenance of work hour quota standards: Analyze the production site environment, employee operations, equipment layout, etc., determine and maintain product work hour quotas, determine the fixed float ratio, and calculate and optimize standard work hours;
6. Establish process specifications and operation manuals, and provide training to subordinates on newly compiled and updated documents;
7. Complete other tasks assigned by the leader;

Stamping process debugging engineer

Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for coordinating and tracking the trial production of new molds and materials in the workshop
2. Responsible for the installation and debugging of molds in the workshop, as well as the qualification rate of mold debugging. Analyze the causes of process abnormalities from the perspectives of personnel, machinery, materials, and methods, propose and track improvement plans, and communicate with the mold repair department for mold disassembly and repair if necessary.
3. Responsible for inspecting workshop teams, supervising the safety operation procedures, process regulations, and quality requirements of operators for production operations
4. Responsible for training, managing, and assessing the usage skills of stamping and surrounding supporting equipment for new and old employees in the workshop team
5. Assist the workshop director in managing 5S and safety on site in the workshop
6. Responsible for the installation, disassembly, requisition, and return of workshop fixtures and fixtures
7. Responsible for coordinating and handling on-site stamping technical issues in the workshop, responding quickly to and resolving work issues raised by team members
8. Summarize the frequency and types of mold and strip material anomalies during the production process, report to the workshop director, and designate follow-up improvement plans.
